We offer personalised consultations for all clients. Each consultation is tailored to your individual needs, allowing us to design the most effective plan for your beauty and wellness journey. Our experienced dermal therapists draw on their extensive expertise to recommend treatments and products that deliver genuine, high-quality results you can see and feel.
Cancellations & Booking Changes
All bookings require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
For large bookings (2 hours or more), a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in partial or full charges.
No-shows will incur full charges or voucher redemption.
Deposits
Deposits are required to secure all bookings and are strictly non-refundable. This ensures your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
If you need to reschedule your booking and provide the required notice, your deposit can be:
- Transferred to a new appointment date (subject to availability)
- Held as a credit for future use
- Converted into a gift voucher
Please note:
- Deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including change of mind or inability to attend.
- If sufficient notice is not provided in line with our cancellation policy, your deposit may be forfeited.
- Repeated rescheduling may require a new deposit at management’s discretion.
Refunds & Exchanges
We maintain a strict no-refund policy on all services and products, except where required under Australian Consumer Law (for example, faulty or defective products).
Please read carefully before making your purchase:
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind on services, packages, gift vouchers, or retail products.
- All service purchases are final and non-refundable once booked or completed.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we may, at our discretion, allow the value to be transferred to another treatment, date, or person, provided sufficient notice is given.
For retail products:
- Exchanges may be considered only if the product is faulty, damaged, or causes an adverse reaction, and must be reported within a reasonable timeframe.
- Proof of purchase is required for any exchange or assessment.
Children
While we love children, we are not permitted to have them in the main spa area, and we do not have facilities to supervise them.
